Dr. Annette White, founder of Dr. Anne GraceWorks, is a Life Skills Strategist, faith-based coach, and survivor of the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon. This life-altering event became a catalyst for her mission to empower women over 50 to navigate life transitions with grace, purpose, and resilience. Her work is rooted in the belief that every challenge can be transformed into an opportunity for growth, healing, and renewed purpose.


With a Doctorate in Global Leadership, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Dr. White combines academic excellence with real-world leadership experience. Her 21 years as a U.S. Army finance officer, including managing a $1.2 billion budget, honed her ability to lead with vision and integrity, qualities that now define her faith-based coaching and personal development programs.


Through Dr. Anne GraceWorks, she provides transformative coaching, workshops, and retreats tailored for women 50+ seeking to embrace their next chapter with confidence. By integrating life and soft skills with spiritual principles, her work equips women to rediscover their purpose, overcome challenges, and thrive holistically.
